C-Newtral: 12 PhD positions

C-Newtral: Call for Applicants in MSC-EU Doctoral Network 2024-2027

12 PhD positions are now available in the C-NEWTRAL European Doctoral Network funded by Horizon Europe Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions. Its aim is to advance new approaches for integrated planning of climate-neutral cities through citizen engagement and city governance decision-making support. We will approach climate-neutral cities from multiple dimensions of Urban Nature, Urban Mobility, Built Form, Energy and Circularity. The PhD positions will be based in six European Universities, one of them is Heidelberg’s Urban Geography Group.

The Researchers will be employed on a full-time basis for 36 months and based at one of the six host institutions. They will also spend time on secondment at non-academic partners, thereby ensuring that all Researchers will spend time in both academia and industry
